Design and build visually distinctive, user-friendly websites with motion-first craft.

About the role

Designs and builds visually appealing, user-friendly websites by applying design principles, motion craft, and coding expertise. Works closely with our brand and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

/01Lead web design for two to three concurrent engagements.
/02Author Figma libraries and design tokens that survive engineering handoff.
/03Pair closely with motion and engineering during build.
/04Drive design QA through launch and the 30-day polish window.

Requirements

/013+ years designing for editorial or product-led marketing sites.
/02Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic and motion craft.
/03Comfort with HTML/CSS — you don't need to ship the code, but you need to read it.
/04Experience working in design systems.
