Designing the experience
Single-screen onboarding with persistent context. We replaced the wizard with a stateful canvas, so users can see what each connection unlocks before they grant scopes.
Information architecture
App-router Next.js shell, animated state machine, and lottie set generated from After Effects masters. First-contentful paint dropped from 2.4s to 0.9s.
